Terrible customer service. Avoid!
I spent about 100 minutes getting pushed from advisor to advisor (probably 6-7 different advisors) and I still haven't had my issue resolved. I'm trying to sign up for the trial and the guy told me that I would need to pay for the service first then ask for a refund in 2 weeks.
I've never heard of a free trial that makes you pay first then ask for a refund. Makes sense though. With how bad their customer service is, I would never have been able to get someone to refund me if I'd go ahead with their suggestion.

Trash in a can
Trash, don't waste Tim for money. They don't let you cancel even after agreeing to pay the hidden early termination fee. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I have been a customer for a long time
I have been a customer for a long time, today my computer crashed and I needed to reload my my outdated and un-suscribed version of Adobe Acrobat pro DC and instead of forcing a new subscription on me they provided me a courtesy code to reload my older version and then followed up later in the afternoon with a call to make sure all was good. Really somewhat unheard of top of game customer support and service. I'm impressed and will happily re-subcribe in the future 5 stars folks and thank you.
You could not get a worse customer service
You could not get a worse customer service team if you really tried. They are slow, clueless, do not read your responses to them in the chat and have no idea what you are talking to them about.
I had multiple impossible run ins with them but the most recent relates to changing my accounts countries and the multiple different charges and invoices they will send out in the process and refunds that dont match invoice amounts etc... but in the past its been about discounts and inaccurate billing of VAT etc
most of the issues should be simple to fix but you get stuck with people copy and pasting a script to you and not listening. In one exchange with them I was attaching a screen shot relating to the price displayed when I clicked buy on a product being different from what I was charged and it took 2 days before it transpired they can't even see the attachments on their side.
Unless you really need to I wouldn't bother with the chat. Its totally unacceptable that a company as big as adobe has this customer service in 2023.

frustrating website...
I've never written a review until now, but I'm so unsatisfied that am going to now. It all started when I had to fill out an employment application and I tried saving the document for an hour without anything happening. no error came up. Just a frozen screen. After that, I figured I probably should subscribe or something. I signed up for the free 7 days. Now that I want to unsubscribe cause I don't use adobe, the website keeps taking me to a site where I have to verify my identity with me having to enter a code from my email and then making a new password. I have done this three times now. I'm tired of something that is supposed to take 10 minutes taking half of my day.

Very poor customer care
Very poor customer care! I was a loyal customer for years and then suddenly they removed a key program from my subscription yet continue to charge the same amount... after over an hour with customer care they showed nil care! One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time!

Excessive cancellation fees (issue resolved)
As other reviewers note, cancellation penalties are excessive (these fees are pretty much unheard of among reputable subscription providers). I only used my account for a previous job, struggled to change primary email address after leaving. Very poor online chat support and no degree of customer service. Appalling. (Refund applied and cancellation fee waived - great improvement in service but should not have had all the stress to start with so giving it 4 stars)

Broken software, no way to cancel auto renewal
Do not sign up for the free trial. Products don't work and after the free trial you're stuck with a yearly subscription without a way to cancel auto renewal.
Avoid at all costs!

Expensive
DO NOT forget to cancel your plan after the trial. I forgot to cancel mine, but I did within the 24 hours I noticed that I was charged. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

You cannot cancel auto renewal.
I've just realised you cannot cancel auto renewal on adobe plans. Your only option is to either cancel your plan and be charged charged a fee or be extra diligent and monitor when your plan runs out to cancel. that's not fair as people are often busy sometimes forget, which is what Adobe is counting on. It shouldn't be that difficult to put an option for customers to cancel auto renewal. Adobe just wants to rip off their customers.
Flexible subscriptions and very good apps.
Apps are a bit expensive, however anyone who says they “got scammed” is just dumb since it clearly says on the website that it’s annual. They also have flexible subscription and pretty good customer support. If you are low on money you can even get stuff like 3 months completely for free and 40% off the rest of the contract. People just don’t read what they buy, when you are buying a subscription you should know what you are doing. There are many other companies that do this and it’s completely fair.

Worst customer service experience I have had in a while. Be warned, we are a large business with an enterprise account with a large spend and multiple users. We constantly get passed from pillar to post with very little help. Apple creative products and something like Shutterstock may be better value for money.

Don't do a trial you will be scammed
Took out the 7-day trial in Oct 2022.
When I was charged I cancelled the subscription immediately, I was expecting a full refund due to their 14-day cancellation policy. I have been on the phone and chat numerous time since with no luck I am now contacting the ombudsman I have all of the email and bank statement evidence!! Worst company to deal with, it's like being scammed by a professional company!!
